We hope that everyone had a Happy Easter! We surely did! I love this picture of Ben and Gavin below. This was taken after church this morning. Just like every Sunday, the sermon was great and knowing that Jesus is risen makes life so wonderful!
We did Gavin's Easter basket before we went to church! He really enjoyed it, and it is amazing how much more he is aware and how much more he understands about gifts than he did at Christmas.
He got a rake, hoe, and shovel from the Easter bunny. He loves our rake outside, so we hope he likes to play with these.
He also got a new flap book. This one is called
Down on the Farm, so he will enjoy learning about animals, sounds, etc.
He also got a
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse dvd and popsicle makers. Gavin loves Mickey Mouse, and I guess the Easter Bunny thought that we could make some popsicles this summer.
